Practical Fitness:

This is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and agility in a supportive group environment. This 60-minute practical fitness class combines functional strength training, cardio intervals, and mobility work to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday activities. You’ll work through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance equipment, and metabolic conditioning modalities, tailored to challenge all fitness levels. Unilateral Strength:

Our Unilateral Strength class is specifically designed to enhance strength, coordination, and muscle balance by focusing on single-sided movements. While everyday activities often engage one arm or one leg at a time, traditional training typically emphasizes bilateral exercises. This class shifts the focus to unilateral training, helping to correct imbalances, promote symmetry, and reduce the risk of injury. By isolating each side of the body, we aim to optimize strength, reduce the risk of injury, and improve joint stability.Join us for a dynamic and challenging workout that will refine your strength, stability, and overall movement quality.

Barbell Strong:

Unlock your strength potential with Barbell Strong, a 60-minute class designed to build power, muscle, and confidence under the bar. This focused barbell class takes you through foundational lifts—such as squats, deadlifts, and presses – teaching proper form and technique for each movement. Each session emphasizes strength progression, helping you lift heavier and more efficiently over time.
