Golf Fitness

Seven Victory’s golf fitness program helps you improve strength, flexibility, and balance for better performance on the course.

Physical Screen + Golf Swing analysis = A plan to improve

Have you hit a plateau in your game and aren’t sure what to do next? It’s possible that physical limitations are keeping you from achieving the positions your coach is aiming for.

Or maybe you just want to enjoy a round of golf without the usual aches and pains?

Though the golf swing only takes about two seconds, it’s a surprisingly complex movement that challenges your body in multiple ways. The bending and rotation of your spine at high speeds can lead to discomfort if your body isn’t moving efficiently.

Experiencing back, knee, or elbow pain? It might stem from physical limitations or a misunderstanding of the swing mechanics. Our goal is to identify what’s holding you back and create a tailored plan to improve your mobility and technique.

The Process

Step 1: Golf Fitness Assessment 💪🏽

Your first golf fitness session consists of a Titleist Performance Institute fitness assessment. This will identify areas of your body that might be limited due to things like injury, tightness, low mobility, or weakness. This is a simple test with about 15 checkpoints to identify things like your balance, mobility, and flexibility.

Step 2: Video Swing Analysis 🎥

Now, we video your golf swing in 2D and 3D while hitting into our Flightscope simulator. The combination of video analysis and ball flight data will help us build a better picture of your overall golf swing and any flaws that might exist.

Step 3: Connect Physical Limitations to Swing Flaws 📖

Now for the fun part – we connect the dots between the data from the physical screen and the information from your swing analysis. Between your golf coach and your fitness coach, we identify what areas of your body could improve the most in order to develop a more efficient golf swing.

Golf Membership at Seven Victory

Monthly members of Seven Victory will be able to use the simulator (to play full rounds of golf or for range sessions) for up to 4 hours per month. This membership is the same as our regular fitness membership. Additional hours can be purchased as well.

The only requirement to use the golf simulator is to take a golf assessment first. The cost for a one-hour golf assessment is $105 (it’s basically a fitness test and a golf lesson in one!)

And I know you’re wondering – can I bring a guest? The answer right now is no due to liability reasons. All those using the simulator must be members of the gym or taking a lesson.

7 Week Golf Performance Program

Details will be coming soon about our Golf Performance Program. The 7 week course will start in January 2025.

What if I already have a swing coach?

That’s great! We’re not here to be your swing coach – we want to help your golf game through fitness. In fact, if you’re a serious golfer, we’ll work with your swing coach to determine the best path forward so that we’re all working together.

Your golf coach will be Erick Arbé, a PGA Professional and golf fitness coach. He played professionally on the Korean PGA Tour in 2007 and has been a PGA Professional since 2005. He is a TPI and GolfForever certified golf fitness coach.
