Golf Fitness

Seven Victory’s golf fitness program helps you improve strength, flexibility, and balance so you can hit the ball further and straighter.

Golf Performance

If lessons aren’t working, it’s time to try something different.

Have you hit a plateau in your game and aren’t sure what to do next? It’s possible that physical limitations are keeping you from achieving the positions your coach is aiming for.

Though the golf swing only takes about two seconds, it’s a surprisingly complex movement that challenges your body in multiple ways. The torque and rotation of your spine at high speeds can lead to discomfort if your body isn’t moving efficiently.

Our goal is to identify what’s holding you back and create a tailored plan to improve your mobility and technique.

Evaluation First

TPI & Golf Forever Assessments

We start with a comprehensive Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening and Golf Forever mobility tests to identify any physical limitations holding you back.

Your personalized training plan is based on real data and movement patterns—so every rep is geared toward better posture, more power, and improved consistency on the course. We focus on developing rotational strength, balance, and explosiveness—without compromising mobility.

Golf Fitness Handicap

Track Your Progress with the TPI App

At Seven Victory, we use the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) app to give every golfer a golf fitness handicap—a personalized benchmark that helps you understand where you are today and where you want to be.

Just like your golf handicap measures your playing ability, your golf fitness handicap measures your physical readiness for the game. This data-driven approach allows us to create targeted training programs that address your specific needs and help you work toward your personal goals.

Whether you're looking to increase clubhead speed, improve flexibility, or reduce injury risk, your golf fitness handicap gives you a clear starting point and a way to track your improvement over time.

The Plan

Here’s exactly how the 7 weeks work

Every phase builds on the last — so you’re not just “working out,” you’re training toward specific swing outcomes.

Step 1

Lesson + TPI Assessment

We identify swing tendencies, mobility limitations, stability gaps, and power leaks — then set a simple performance target.

Weeks 1–2

Foundation + Movement Quality

Build the fundamentals: core control, hip/shoulder mobility, and stability so your swing can repeat.

Weeks 3–5

Strength + Rotation

Get stronger in the positions that matter: rotational strength, posterior chain, and controlled speed.

Weeks 6–7

Speed + Power (Golf-Ready)

Convert strength into distance with safe power work, sequencing drills, and a simple warmup you can use before every round.

Training schedule

2 personal training sessions per week (14 total sessions), scheduled around your availability. Optional “homework” mobility drills included.

Is This You?

Built for golfers who are serious about getting better

This program is perfect if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” - taking lessons, practicing, playing — but your body can’t consistently support the swing you’re trying to make.

You’ll love it if…

  • You feel tight in hips, back, or shoulders
  • You lose posture or “stand up” through impact
  • You want more distance without swinging harder
  • You want to play more often with less soreness

You’ll notice…

  • Better balance and control in transition
  • More consistent contact and face control
  • More speed with less effort
  • A simple warmup that actually works

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to already be “in shape”?

Nope. This is personalized training. We meet you where you are and build from your assessment results.

What if I’m currently taking lessons?

Perfect. This complements lessons — it helps your body actually achieve and repeat the positions your coach wants.

How long are the training sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are programmed specifically for golf performance and longevity.

Can I continue training after the 7 weeks?

Absolutely. Many golfers roll into ongoing personal training or group fitness training with a golf focus.

Train With Purpose

Golf-Specific Training That Works

Using principles from TPI, Golf Forever, and the Gray Institute, we focus on developing rotational strength, balance, and explosiveness—without compromising mobility.

Whether you’re playing competitively or recreationally, you’ll feel the difference where it counts: on the tee, around the green, and in how your body feels after 18 holes.
