Hey there, I’m Shannon, and my journey into the world of fitness began in my junior year of college. Coming from a background where sports were never really my thing and workouts were unfamiliar territory, I felt frustrated constantly trying to keep up with my friends. Determined to change that, I embarked on a fitness journey that eventually turned into a deep love for all things wellness.
Starting out at the front desk of a CrossFit gym, I quickly immersed myself in the world of fitness, eventually transitioning into coaching and personal training. Along the way, I noticed a common desire among peopleāto simply feel good, both physically and mentally. That’s when I made it my mission to empower individuals to take control of their bodies, so they can confidently say “yes” to any activity they desire without the fear of pain holding them back. My approach to fitness goes beyond just physical exercise; I emphasize the holistic well-being of my clients.
