Four Stages of Personal Training

01. Assess

We start with a comprehensive personal movement screen that gives us insight into your history, needs, goals, and any movement imbalances. This initial assessment sets the foundation for your personalized program and ensures that we’re on the right track from the start. (And we’ll revisit this as needed to track your progress!)

02. Acclimate

This stage is about building core confidence and competence. Together, we’ll work on corrective exercises, develop foundational skills, and start introducing intensity to your training while ensuring that communication between you and your coach is clear and effective.

03. Ascend

Now that you've developed a solid base, we focus on autonomy—helping you take charge of your fitness journey. This phase builds resilience in both mind and body, using individual programming and group training to enhance your strength, conditioning, and overall mastery.

04. Reclaim

Finally, it’s time to apply everything you’ve learned. In this stage, you’ll be equipped to live a pain-free and active life, using the skills, knowledge, and habits developed throughout the process to maintain long-term health and fitness.

Why Add Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching?

Your fitness progress doesn’t stop when you walk out of the gym—what you do outside of the gym matters too. On average, you’ll spend only 3-5 hours a week training, but the other 165 hours are just as important for your overall success. That’s where Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching with our Registered Dietician comes in.

Sustainable Habits: It’s not about quick fixes or restrictive diets—it’s about building habits that last. Your coach will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle, helping you fuel your body for optimal performance.

Accountability for Results: Nutrition is the bedrock of success, and with your coach’s guidance, you’ll stay on track to meet your goals. You’ll have support every step of the way to ensure lasting change.
