That’s what we’re here for. Fitness is a critical part of being a better you – without injury. We take the approach of functional fitness – working out to help you live an active and healthy life. Not just working out for the sake of “getting better at exercise”. 

Our goal at Seven Victory is to help you live a better life by staying physically fit, mentally sharp, and engaged in our community. We want you to:

We put the personal in personal training. Our staff is here to support you along with the way – providing high quality training, education, and encouragement. Our trainers all put an emphasis on continuing education – making sure they are on top of their game to keep you healthy and most importantly – safe. Because we’ve seen the wrong way to do things – and we’re not here for that.

At Seven Victory Fitness Collective, we understand that true fitness extends beyond the gym. Nutrition plays a pivotal role in building strength, preventing injury, and boosting your energy levels. Our nutrition program is designed to complement our functional fitness approach, ensuring that every aspect of your health is addressed. Every Seven Victory member will have access to our nutrition programs, local Greenville restaurant guides, and resources to help you eat healthy while maintaining your sanity.

Knowledge is power. We offer educational workshops and one-on-one consultations to help you understand the principles of healthy eating. Personal Training is one of the core aspects at Seven Victory. We know that personally motivating you to reach your goals is a recipe for success. Professional coaching, safe and effective programming, accountability, and simple steps to actually reach your goals. That’s what you’ll get with 1-on-1 Personal Training.

You are not built the same as everyone else – we want to take your abilities, strengths, and weaknesses into account when creating a program specifically for you.

Shannon is a true professional. She took my goals seriously and was extremely patient with my lack of coordination. Coming from weight based strength training I found the some of the movements very challenging. Shannon was extremely encouraging through the whole process and I learned a ton.
