4-Week Golf Fitness Program in Greenville
Four weeks of golf fitness training in Greenville. A TPI screen, swing analysis on the Garmin R50, one coached group session a week, and one workout on your own.
What you get
Train the swing and the body together
Golfers often take lessons they cannot physically perform. This program starts with how you move and how the ball flies, then trains the limits that show up in both.
- TPI movement screen
- Swing analysis on the Garmin R50 simulator
- One coached group session each week for four weeks
- One independent workout each week at Seven Victory
- A second assessment at the end
- Small group, capped at 12
The group session and the independent workout are part of the four weeks. You train at the gym during regular hours for the workout you do on your own.

The four weeks
Screen, train, then retest
You can start when a group has room. There is no fixed launch date.
Start
TPI screen and R50 swing analysis
We look at mobility, strength, and balance, then capture ball flight on the Garmin R50 so the training plan matches your swing.
Each week
One group session, one workout
The group session focuses on one swing characteristic or fundamental. The second workout is yours to complete at the gym.
Finish
A second assessment
We measure the same screen and ball-flight numbers again so you can see what changed.
Coaches
Kara Petruzzelli and Erick Arbé
Kara Petruzzelli is head coach and a registered dietitian. Erick Arbé is a PGA professional. They lead the group sessions together.
Program pricing varies by the time of year.
